Jessica and Hyrum - MOVING DAY!

Garvin and I have decided...that MOVING is for the YOUNG!
smile

We, however, had a GREAT time...with John and Ramona...
helping Hyrum and Jessica move to their new
home...What a SWEET deal they were
blessed to receive...

They are to manage this HOME...and take care
of "6" girls rooming in the basement of this
home...that are students at BYU-I!
Their blessing...is CHEAP RENT!
and SO MUCH BIGGER than their
little apartment!
smile

LOVE their new home...!
3 bedrooms - 1 1/2 bathrooms...
REALLY NICE BACK YARD...with TWO apple trees!
and a few raspberry plants...(that need attention)
smile

 Jessica is directing the work...
John and Ramona brought DOUGHNUTS!
Two friends of Hyrum's who WORK
where he does...came and help with the
initial move...

Garvin certainly had a "cushy" job...

 Holding up the mattress...

 Got to have some FUN!

 Jessica helping John...

 All loaded up!

 Hyrum helping Garvin UNLOAD!

John and friend of Hyrum's unloading
John's truck...

 Front of NEW HOME

Just getting ready...to go clean up
the apartment...With 6 of us...
we were able to have it cleaned up in
30 minutes...smile

Montana - Part 4 - Saying our "Goodbyes"...

22 August 2015
Saturday
"Whitefish Train Station"

Abe and Annie's schedule to leave on the train...was 7:46 a.m.
They needed to leave the Egley home around 6:00 a.m.
As it turned out, due to all the fires in the mountains
of Montana...their train was delayed...another hour...

Just arrived at the train station...
Grammy Bunny...Maddy (green jacket) Kenzie
Annie's sister - Stephanie - holding James

L to R: Kenzie and Maddy

L to R: Maddy, Jacob, Stephanie, Bunny, Annie's back
Abe holding James and Garvin

Uncle Jacob...teasing Maddy with her stuff animal

 James with early morning ATTITUDE...
Larry Egley to the left...

 Daddy teasing Mr. Grumps...

James...much more content...smile
Garvin, Abe, back of Stephanie

Annie having some moments with her parents
Bunny and Larry Egley

 James all ready to go...

 Maddy all ready to go...

 Stephanie comforting Kenzie...
She did NOT want to go...

 This picture...touched my heart...
Kenzie so wanted to stay...
simply resigned she must go...

A bit of a brave smile...

 Larry - Garvin - Abe
in more conversation...waiting for the
delayed train...

It was announced...the train would be arriving...

However, it was the "freight" train...
that pulled in...FREIGHT CARGO had TOP PRIORITY...
PASSENGER TRAINS...had to WAIT...
FREIGHT companies OWNED the tracks...
therefore...the concern was...if their PASSENGER TRAIN was going
to be allowed to come through...BEFORE they
shut down the TRACKS at 10:00 a.m.
due to the FIRE hazards...

Came back into the station...it was QUITE CRISP outside...
Annie, Jacob, Bunny, the girls, and Stephanie

Stuck this in here...so you would know...
I was actually there for all the FUN!
smile

Abe and Mama
Kenzie needing to be with her Daddy...

A BIT of HISTORY
WHITEFISH, MONTANA

This really is a really nice train station...
I would love to take a train ride sometime...
However, there are NO passenger lines
into Idaho...

 Entertaining ourselves while we wait...

Few more moments with her Mama...

 Grandpa Larry keeping Maddy warm...

 James KNOWS what he wants...
his Daddy!
smile

Sweet picture of Maddy with her Grandpa Larry

 Their train made it through!
YEAH!

 All ABOARD!

Montana Trip - Part 3

These are the remaining pictures...I took on the
Friday we spent with the Egley family...
at the Egley home...

Due to the smoke and fires in Montana...
it had an interesting cast on the sun...

 McKenzie - quite reflective

 The woods behind the house...

Maddy...and her ball to match her
sandals...head band...and shirt...
smile

 I loved this stump!

Lots of "smoke" in the air...
from all the fires...in Montana...

Abe...James...Garvin...
enjoying each other...out-of-doors...

Catapillars made out of GRAPES...
with "candy" eyes...

 We all LOVED THEM!

James ate the "eyes" off first...
smile

McKenzie is holding on of the "zucchinis"
I brought up from Idaho...
that I grew from our garden...

 Another view of the smoke...

WILD TURKEYS
Came to Visit...

Seems to me...I am looking at "Thanksgiving"
dinner....smile

Saw this little gal...as we left to head
back to Kalispell...
