Well...we are finally tearing out the boy's bathroom....We are in the TEARING UP STAGE...Will take pictures...when we are in the "FINISHING UP" stage...later...Jim McFadzean is going to help your dad...redo it...He has kindly given us materials from old jobs...to redo this bathroom...TRULY A BLESSING...to our family's BUDGET...(smile)

Water Moccasin and Abe's Guardian Angel

Last night...Abe came home...while it was DARK...and was walking up to our front porch...when one of the "motion" lights went on...as he was about to step on this coiled up YOUNG "Water Moccasin"....Abe fortunately...saw a SHOVEL...and well...as you can see....the snake "lost his head"....I told him that his GUARDIAN ANGEL turned on that LIGHT JUST IN TIME....I had just finished reading Elder Jeffrey Holland's General Conference talk on "The Ministry of Angels"....Incredible...One other note...Carl Johnson, our home teacher, came by earlier...just not long before Abe got home...and never saw the snake....

Hahahaha Joel and I in the Sao Paulo, Brasil CTM (MTC) 30 minutes before I left for Salvador, Bahia, it was early and I got up SUPER early to say goodbye to Abraham so I didnt get a chance to really do my hair or put on make-up.... Here's for Family History mom....

For Family Home Evening...we celebrated Abe's "22nd" birthday...since he has "other plans" WEDNESDAY night of his birthday......We had a small gathering...Angel, Jared, and Nathan; Hyrum; 2 of the Single Ward Missionary Elders; Garvin; Abraham - the man himself, and me...After hearing the "singing" of Happy Birthday....it is self-evident...this is why the "SMITH" family never sang in the WARD CHOIR! (smile)
