Our FUTURE MONTANA HOME

Today, we found out...that the SELLERS of this home...accepted our offer...We signed the papers, today..on the counter offer...They accepted $45,000 LESS than what they wanted...After...inspections..etc. we hope to CLOSE by the end of this month...or early MARCH...

We had a totally different IDEA when we came to MONTANA.....a LOG HOME in the MOUNTAINS...but, as time went on..I felt we had to be CLOSER to town so that we could serve the church better..We needed a place that people to get to us easier...and visa versa... On this property, we can grow FRUIT TREES...berries..a garden...with a couple of cows or goats and some chickens...We won't have to worry about bears or mountain lions...being closer to town....Chances of deer will be MUCH LESS...so...in this manner...it will be SO MUCH more FRUITFUL....in nature...We will be able to do much on this "5" acres...There is a connecting 5 acres...and if we can...someday...we may buy it as well....But, for now...5 acres...will be plenty....(smile)

Lovely home I can so picture you in it! Sure wish it was still up the street from us. Remember how we had a birthday party for Mike and Buddy in your Ibis Road home? The men turn 60 next year and we wish you were here to host us again?
