Catching up some Past Photos...Part 1

Life has been getting away from me...
Consequently, I have been getting further behind...
Tonight, I thought I would slowly catch up
on some fun past photos...

This would be a continuation from the visit of Angel
and Jenny...

I will post a few...that I took...the day...Angel arrived
in the wee hours of the morning...smile

Though, these were taken...a few hours
AFTER Angel arrived...

Angel looks great considering she drove all night...
Daisy and Ivy...were so entertaining...

 Our darling Rachel...

 Daisy LOVES PHONES!

I LOVE these pictures of Jenny and Eden!

 Nothing like being "cousins"...
Nathan and Sammy

TOO CUTE! Ivy responding to Angel!
smile

SO FUN for me...to see you "siblings"
interact! smile

 Our little Daisy Mae!

 Precious Eden...

Lillie and Rachel cracked me up...how they were coloring...

Fun to watch them play together!
I really think they had a great time!

MORE PICTURES TO COME!

Berry Patch...Has Begun! smile

We have finally BEGUN...our GARDEN!
One of my dreams is to have a
HUGE BERRY PATCH...
and then, some...
smile

We are beginning with "8" different varieties:
Heritage Raspberry; Royalty Raspberry; "Logan" Raspberry;
(Rebekah...take NOTE...a "Logan Berry" - smile)
Latham Raspberry; Fall Gold Raspberry;
Pixwell Gooseberry; Lucretia Dewberry; and
Bluecrop Blueberry!

Now, How to Solve This Problem...

 LOTS OF ROCKS...
Much of the ground looks like this...
One day...I had this idea...how to solve this problem...

BUILD ME LOTS of BOXES!

So, Garvin...once, again...had to build me
"Boxes"...I don't think we will ever
move, again...just so Garvin can avoid having
to make me BOXES...smile
EVERY HOME...he ends up having to build
boxes for me...so I can create
food and flower gardens!
smile

Had to Haul in SOIL and good ol' cow manure!

We filled the boxes with soil - cow manure - and peat moss!
Mixed it all up...and planted each berry!

Like much of what we do...we are trying to get things
done - competing with TIME or ADVERSE
conditions...

This time...we kept our EYE on this approaching storm!

Love that huge nest in the middle
of one of our trees...

So grateful...for Garvin's hard work...
in making this all possible...

Angel - Cross Stitch - Birds

Today, your dad wanted to go through the "picture"
boxes in the garage...and make decisions of what we
plan on keeping...and what we are
giving away...

I was thrilled to FINALLY get out...
the "cross-stitch" work that
ANGEL did for me while
we lived in MONTANA...

This is going in the BIRD/KITCHEN area...
I am so excited to be able to
display this beautiful work!

By-the-way...we found the drawing...
that Sarah did for our FREEDOM
ROOM while living in FLORIDA...plus, Jenny's cross-stitch work
for the FREEDOM room - that was, also,
display in FLORIDA...
and the "saying" that
Angel gave me
for the
FREEDOM ROOM...in MONTANA!
Thank goodness, I didn't use
that gift on the MONTANA wall...
for it would still
BE THERE!
smile
When we get those DISPLAYED in the
FREEDOM ROOM...I will be
taking pictures to show
those off, also!
Smile

Jenny and Children's First Day...in Idaho

What started out...on "trying" terms...
the NEXT day...everything was made up and then some...
smile

EARLY MORNING!
LOTS OF SMILES...!
smile

Bubbles...AFTER BREAKFAST!

Children and Horses
These are our neighbor's horses...that connect
to our property...

Nature brings out the best in little children...

 Then...there was Ben...trying to
SCALE the wire fence...OUCH...can't be all that comfortable...
if you know what I mean...
smile

TRACTOR RIDING TIME!

Eden...not too certain abut this...
smile

Loading up in the back of the
pickup truck...heading over to neighbors
to throw rocks in the "dry bed"...

Notice the SNOW...on the other side of the
dry bed...yet on this day...it was simply
GORGEOUS!

 ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!

 BUSY day...of climbing...tractor riding...and rock throwing!
