A Few Hours at Hungry Horse Dam in Montana

Whenever anyone comes to stay with us, it seems we end up going to the Hungry Horse Dam.  We took Angel and the kids there...The children had a GREAT TIME! So many new things to see! But, we were blessed with TWO other incredible moments...a lone deer, who wasn't afraid of us and seemed more curious about us than we were of her...and God's MAJESTIC moment...of a double rainbow over the lake...

I LOVE this PICTURE!

She really was fun to watch...

Nathan thought it was so cool to see this "Eagle's Nest"...

Lake that is being held back by the Hungry Horse Dam

LOVE the sound of rushing water...especially coming down the mountain...

Nothing like "throwing rocks" into the water...
Children LOVE doing this for as long...
as we will let them...Never seem to tire doing
this sort of thing...

Papa and Lillie...walking out on the pier...

Papa and Nathan discussing "life"...smile

 Captured the "double" rainbow...
and the second shot shows
the PURPLE line....often NOT seen...

A section of the lake that the children were throwing rocks!

Lillie riding home...in style...
