Cooking Event - for Young Single Adults

1 July 2017

Lots of cooking events these past couple of weeks...
We cooked for approx. 400 - 500 Young Single Adults...
a Rexburg Young Single Adult Stake...at the "Cable Factory"...
where you can get hooked to a cable...and zip
across the little lake...

AGAIN...no way can an event be successful...
without MANY hands...

This took quite a crew...
Jared and Angel; John and Ramona Roberts;
Joel; Hyrum; Jacob and Emily Jeppson;
John Roberts' sister and daughter;
Garvin and I

Since, we were near the lake...the children...were
entertained...Jessica ended up with the babies...

 Making bacon for the "Bacon - Cheese" Hamburgers
Jared, Hyrum, and Joel

 Jacob's first experience cooking on the griddle...
Ramona...taking it all in...smile

 John Roberts...brought his big kettle...
to cook the "French Fries"...
and Emily's first experience...She ended
up with the hot dogs...

 Emily and Angel...
super workers!

 LOVE IT! Ramona and Angel!

 You should have heard all the Single Adults...
when they discovered BACON on their hamburgers!
smile

 Sadly...Jacob was on the WRONG side of the griddle...
It was QUITE HOT outside...but, Jacob...
ROASTED...even more...

 Our first time doing "French Fries"...
Thanks to John...it was made possible!

 Cooked over 400 PLUS "Bacon - Cheese"
hamburgers

 Our set up...

 So much to do...setting up and taking down...
Jared, Hyrum, and Angel

 Joel, Jared, and Angel

 Darling Jessica...had to figure out
how to keep the babies cool
and happy!

 Both these little guys...are crawling and
very active...Being confined...wasn't
often to their liking...smile

 Ivy

 Daisy

  Nathan

 Jessica introducing Alexander
to the water...He LOVED it!

 Sharing? gold fish...

 Angel giving Ethen his turn in the water...
Cooling them both off!

Lillie was SHIVERING...and trying to bury
herself in the sand to get warm...
smile
